Hi everybody,
Sorry for being a bit quite right lately - we're fulfilling the mammoth project that is MorkBorg, and we're well on our way to wrapping that up. I don't see any change in schedule for the 2 projects that will come afterwards - 'The Heroes' and 'The Dark Ten', and that's really as much of a project update as I can give you right now!
I will make another update once the hero production is in full swing.

Pre-Production Update: The Masters Have Arrived

Hi everybody,
I was holding back on this update as I was waiting for the masters to arrive at our casters in Texas. Somehow the tracking - from Poland where Boris lives - went dark for a while, and I was literally s'ing my pants, because losing 10 miniature masters would entail a right universe of pain.
Anyways - they finally arrived on Friday, and Gregg was doing an in-depth examination and was happy to report that they are in a flawless condition. Boris was also taking care in keeping everything at least 1mm thick, which will reduce some of the pains that we've experienced in MorkBorg.
The next step will be to make master moulds, and this will start in April weeks when after we are done fulfilling our current project.

Backerkit Update

Happy New Year everybody!
90% of the backers have sorted their pledges in backerkit. So - given there's nobody that would like for it to stay open, I will close the PM by the end of this week.

The Pledge Manager is ready!

Hi everybody,
I just got a message from Backerkit that they have approved my pledge manager setup, and I can now move forward and send the surveys to the backers of The Dark Ten.
I will start this by sending a 'smoke test' to 10% of you - this will help me to catch potential issues and / or to minimize their impact. Based on this feedback, I will send out all surveys on Monday.

Here are the next steps:
1. We're now working on the BackerKit Pledge Manager (where you can confirm your pledge and pick add-on's) and we hope to have it ready within a week.
2. We will leave the pledge manager open for about 4 weeks.
3. Then we will embark on the production of the KS minis which will keep us busy for a while! As we go, we will keep making progress updates.
